Knowledge Management
MCSP worked to ensure that technical knowledge, lessons learned, and best practices were collected, synthesized and packaged for sharing. Our Knowledge Management (KM) team worked closely with Communications to disseminate the Program’s findings globally, and to make knowledge accessible and usable for a variety of audiences.
As a Program, we fostered a culture of information sharing across individuals and technical teams, and focused on competencies related to Implementation Research and systems science. A critical set of competencies that all Program staff should have were the basic concepts of Implementation Research. The KM team facilitated monthly practitioners’ seminars on basic Implementation Research, with the aim of supporting systematic analysis and review of information from Program activities.
